Peacock transformed a former data/server room into a dynamic office space that evokes an industrial, exposed aesthetic that aligns with Cushman & Wakefield’s vision.

We installed a 25-foot glass NanaWall that opens out from the main conference room to the reception and break lounge to accommodate a variety of events and gatherings. Floating wood-slatted ceilings mark the reception and break area.

The project includes reception, conference and meeting rooms, open work space, private offices, and a break lounge.

CHALLENGES

The project presented unique challenges including complexities arising from multiple deck heights, ranging from 11 ft. to 25 ft.. For example, we had to install structural steel supports anchored to the floor above to bear the weight of the NanaWall.

We also carefully coordinated work for the exposed ceilings as all the main building infrastructure runs through this ground floor space.
