Healthcare & Life Sciences

  • Project Manager

    We are looking for a Project Manager who will ultimately be responsible for developing and managing project lifecycles and delivery, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues, and escalations.

    Minimum 5 years experience preferred.

  • Project Engineer

    Assist project management team in the estimating and managing of all Healthcare and Life Science construction projects to ensure quality, schedule adherence, cost control and safety standards that meet or exceed client satisfaction objectives. Support all aspects of project management and field operations where necessary, for small or medium sized construction projects.

  • HCAi/OSHPD Superintendent

    Superintendent will be responsible for managing Healthcare/Hospital type projects on a daily basis including working closely with Owner/Owner Rep, enforcing safety, maintaining infection control at all times, coordinating subcontractors, overseeing all work being put in place, project documentation, working with inspectors, coordinating with the design team and maintaining an unyielding commitment to quality. Being organized, proactive, strong verbal and written communication skills, extremely clean, and attention to detail is a must.

    Minimum 5+ years HCAI (formally OSHPD) experience required.

Current Field Openings

  • Stocker / Scrapper

    The duties and responsibilities are geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project. This includes handling of materials and supplies, support for self-performed work, and trade assistance. Must be a signatory with the Drywall/Lathers Union.

  • Union Journeyman / Apprentice Carpenter

    Position involves working with hand tools and power equipment, Carpenters cut and shape the materials, and assemble them according to the plans. Construct, erect, install, and repair structures of various materials all while maintaining Peacock’s safety requirements and standards. Union trade experience can range from apprentice to journeyman level. Must be a member in good standing to apply.

  • Commercial & Life Science Superintendent

    Project Superintendents are first line of defense on job sites. Responsibilities include oversight of all day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination, and delegation of subcontractor work, quality control, and ensuring the safety of everyone on a project site. The Superintendent has comprehensive knowledge of all types of commercial construction and supervises complex projects and/or multiple projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our project management staff and assigned subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high degree of quality.

    Minimum 5+ years experience preferred.
