Neil Serr

DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Neil Serr began working with Peacock Construction in 1986, bringing more than 30 years of construction management experience to the job every day as he tackles tough problems and finding solutions that work. His excellent working knowledge of the building code and his ability to communicate well with inspectors and clients alike, enable Neil to successfully navigate the challenges of any project.

Beginning as a carpenter, he quickly moved into project management and eventually became General Superintendent for the North Bay region where he has managed numerous projects such as shopping centers, office tenant improvements, and life science laboratories. Neil oversaw the remodel for a national clothing chain, completing the work in half the time despite installing two new structural moments. He has proven time and again that through hard work and dedication, anything can be accomplished.

In addition to his AA in Construction Management and OSHA 30 training, Neil is a certified welder and operator of heavy machinery. Whether it is capital improvements, cooling towers, server rooms, rooftop structural elements, or a complete overhaul, Neil has the experience to get it done properly, on time, and within budget.
