This project included the full demolition of the existing space. We then constructed a large video conference room, two small conference rooms, 17 perimeter offices, a break room, reception, open trading space. We also complete remodelled the ADA restrooms and shower room, server room, library and the building’s main entrance.
The finished space included high-end finishes, such as a Skyline “Sateen” ½” clear tempered glass wall with accent lights, ½” clear tempered glass walls throughout, Elm hardwood floor and wall paneling at the front entry and in the East corridor, SadlerStone concrete tile in the main corridors, mosaic tile in the break room, varying ceiling heights and designs, high-end millwork with stone and Corian countertops, Elm bookcase in the library, Elm toilet partitions in the new ADA restrooms, and new Bernhardt office furniture and banquets throughout.
