Stripe, Inc. | Full demolition and conversion of 1890’s vintage South-of-Market factory space to a dot.com user with high-end finishes.
This project required the demolition and conversion of a 1902 wood frame building with dense office space into a dot.com office with high-end finishes. The project included sound-absorbent acoustic features, a full-service catering kitchen, a dining room for 100 people and an outdoor patio with garden. The interior also included seismic upgrades and the addition of a steel interior staircase from the 1st to 3rd floor. The HVAC mechanical system required the addition of two 20-ton chiller units on the roof with reciprocal distribution through the three floors.
