590 YVR Scott Valley Bank
Construct 4,500sf bank branch for Scott Valley Bank.

Project Summary:  
This required construction from a cold shell with the installation of all new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Upgraded finishes included wood veneer covered curved ceiling soffits with LED strip lights, teller stations with granite countertops and wood veneer cabinets with stainless steel in-lay reveals. LED Light strips, wood veneer throughout / high end floor tile

Overview:
Installed wood veneer on curved soffits. Installed wood veneer for Teller/ Reception Desk/Transition counter with countertops and stainless steel inlays. Installed LED light strips in wood soffits.

Loomis Sayles & Company, LP
An open-concept space with high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling glass creates an exceptional contemporary working environment.

Project Summary:  
This project included the full demolition of the existing space. We then constructed a large video conference room, two small conference rooms, 17 perimeter offices, a break room, reception and open trading space. We also completely remodelled the ADA restrooms and shower room, server room, library and the building’s main entrance.  

Overview:  
The finished space included high-end finishes, such as a Skyline “Sateen” ½” clear tempered glass wall with accent lights, ½” clear tempered glass walls throughout, Elm hardwood floor and wall paneling at the front entry and in the East corridor, SadlerStone concrete tile in the main corridors, mosaic tile in the break room, varying ceiling heights and designs, high-end millwork with stone and Corian countertops, Elm bookcase in the library, Elm toilet partitions in the new ADA restrooms, and  new Bernhardt office furniture and banquets throughout.

Giant Creative Strategy
Full demolition and complete construction of an innovative design that included modern collaborative work spaces.

Project Summary:  
The finished space featured an open concept ceiling, reconfiguration of mechanical and electrical conduit systems, a glass-enclosed server room and a conference room clad in reclaimed Wisconsin barn wood. This resulted in a balanced combination of both modern and rustic design.

Stripe, Inc.
Full demolition and conversion of 1902’s vintage South-of-Market factory space to a modern office with high-end finishes.

Project Summary:
This project required the demolition and conversion of a 1902 wood frame building with dense office space into a modern collabrative office with high-end finishes. The project included sound-absorbent acoustic features, a full-service catering kitchen, a dining room for 100 people and an outdoor patio with garden. The interior also included seismic upgrades and the addition of a steel interior staircase from the 1st to 3rd floor. The HVAC mechanical system required the addition of two 20-ton chiller units on the roof with reciprocal distribution through the three  floors.

The Plaza at Walnut Creek
Full demolition of the existing space and replacement with new LEED Silver office for Catlin Insurance.

Project Summary:  
This project included the following high-end, green (recyclable and local) materials: sculpted wall panels by Koroseal, custom paint within the reception area, Silestone solid surface countertops in the break rooms, custom constructed reception desk with wood paneling and solid surface countertops, Porcelanosa ceramic floor tile and base in the reception area, four types and colors of recycled carpet throughout,  three types of washable wall covering throughout, Optima acoustical ceiling tile throughout, Energy Star appliances, 3/8” glass fronts and office doors for all conference and work rooms, and new light fixtures that are sensored by natural light and time of day.

The Plaza at Walnut Creek 10 weeks 7,960 sq ft Brereton Architects and Loia Budde & Associates

Full demolition and tenant improvement modification of a1908 vintage mid-Market building for new tech space.

Project Summary:  
This project included blasting and refurbishing original brick walls from floor to ceiling and side-to-side office fronts.  High-end finishes were used throughout.
